HOW do we do it - our Process start to finish!
A trained professional organizer will visit your home, cottage, or office to measure your space and discuss your needs. It takes approximately an hour for this appointment. At this time we will provide you with the many options available. We will also ask you a lot of questions so that we can get an idea of your preferences and obtain the information we need to design a storage system that maximizes your space – and as our slogan says:
“Let us help you Organize the Great Indoors”
Whether it’s a closet, office, garage, workshop, pantry; whatever space you need organized, we take the information you have provided, return to the office and produce a custom design. This virtual design is rendered and emailed to you for review and includes all dimensions and pricing. Then the fun, creative part of the process begins and we encourage you to actively participate and work with us, telling us what you like and/or do not like. We work together to make sure the final design is exactly what you want and need to organize your space.
Final Approval and Order
We know you do not like surprises, or hidden costs and we make every attempt to ensure that you clearly understand the order process. Therefore, once we have the approved design we confirm the pricing and discuss possible installation dates; it is usually three to four weeks and we try to be as accommodating as possible.
Payment is due in full on the day of installation, payable by cheque.
We require a clean and clear space to work with and therefore, when scheduling your installation, allow yourself sufficient time to remove any existing systems or items and get the walls patched and/or painted. If you have baseboards, you need to speak to the designer about your options.
Installation time depends on the size of the project and your designer can give you an estimated time prior to your scheduled date. We have a “white glove” policy which means that your new system will be clean and wiped down before our installers leave….ready for you to start organizing your new space.
